Privacy Policy

Information you provide directly:

• Account info: your name, email address, and password.
• Profile info: phone number (optional), home city, and — if you choose to add them — fit details like height, weight, usual size, body type, and bust size, used to help you find pieces that fit.
• Rental info: the items you request or list, your rental dates, your chosen pickup dry cleaner, and messages you send through the site.
• Listing info (lenders): photos, descriptions, and condition details for items you list.
• Payment info: collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We don’t store your full card number ourselves.
• Messages you send us: through the contact form, community waitlist, or a dry-cleaner nomination or partner application.

We also automatically collect basic usage data such as pages visited, device type, and IP address.

We use your information to:

• Process your rental requests, listings, and payments;
• Send order confirmations, pickup/return reminders, and account updates;
• Connect you with your pickup dry cleaner and, if you lend, pay you out;
• Improve the Service and troubleshoot issues; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive texts about your rentals and account. Message frequency varies. Standard carrier rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting in is not required to use the Service. We will not share your number with third parties for marketing.

We do not sell your information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service — Stripe (payments and lender payouts), Supabase (our database and account infrastructure), and our email provider (order confirmations and account emails) — and with your assigned partner dry cleaner, who needs your rental details to hand off and receive items. We share information beyond this only as required by law.

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how people use our site. For analytics we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure traffic and page views; that data is aggregated and subject to Google’s privacy policy. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some functionality (like staying signed in).

We use encryption in transit and at rest, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. No system is completely secure — if you suspect an issue, contact us immediately.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. California residents may also submit a CCPA request to the same address with the subject line “CCPA Request.”

The Service is intended for users 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
